Trainings in Alfabe Sports Academy is at professional level and most of our players are training to be introduced to clubs based on their level and sign professional contracts. With success history of signing professional contracts for many of our former players, we invite good players who think they are ready to play professionally.

Alfabe Sports provides High level of Training with focus on Scouting and signing professional contracts for the players who have the ability and required skills. All the training programs are designed with the help of our team to improve players physically, technically and mentally to play at professional level in near future.
Training : Training plans and programs are exactly same as trainings in a professional club in 1st. league to provide the professional environment for players and make them ready for future.
Style of Play : keeping the possession of the ball, creating opportunities, right passes and playing strong and correct in the field.
Technical factors : Dribbling, running with the ball and pushing the ball, right shoots and other important technical traiunings.
Tactical Factors : playing and training different match situations and tactics of the game, play making and other important tactical trainings.
Emotional and Mental factors : Training players to control their stress under pressure and make the best decisions in different match situation.
Physical Fitness : Strong body has a great impact on the performance of players. In Alfabe Sports Academy we provide personal gym training for our players to make them ready for 3-4 days professional training and be their best in scouting tests.
Scouting and introducing players to clubs : Our target is to send all players to professional scouting programs. However our coaches do scouting for various European clubs and the top players who have been training with us will be introduced to clubs directly to sign a professional contract.
Continuous training is a key point of a professional training. Therefore training at Alfabe Sports Academy is held 6 days a week from Monday to Saturday, including 3 days training in the field and 3 days of private professional gym training.
The training packages are designed based on standard calendar of professional academies in Europe as 10-month and 6-month periods, so that players have the opportunity to train and prepare before the two transfer windows of summer and winter.
Also, 90-days special summer programs are being prepared as a summer camp where players are prepared and have the chance to be seen by our scouting team.
